How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once processing or fulfilment has begun.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window for eligible items. Return conditions, faulty-product remedies and return instructions are explained in our Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending any item back.
How can I track my order?
When tracking information becomes available after dispatch, it will be sent to you. You can also use our Track Your Order page for shipment updates.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. For Australian deliveries, estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, destination and other factors outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
At launch, Livora Goods is focused on deliveries within Australia.
How can I request a refund?
Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and details of the issue. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is currently free for eligible Australian orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Can items from the same order arrive separately?
Yes. If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages or on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order arrives in separate shipments.
